Germicidal UV Lamps, Black Light & Bilirubin Bulbs


Germicidal lamps emit radiation peaking at 253.7 nm (UV-C). This wavelength is highly effective in inactivating microorganisms such as bacteria, virus, yeast, and mold. Black Light

Black light lamps emit light in the 350 to 400 nanometer region of the spectrum.  Common usages for Black light bulbs are inspection, analysis, testing (UV resistance of paints, plastics, rubbers), dermatology, and phototherapy.  Back light blue lamps are black lights designed with a dark blue filter that eliminates most visible light.  The UVA wavelength range is 315nm - 400nm.  BLB lamps are used for inspections, stage illumination, tests, and investigations.Specialty Bulb offers all the major manufacturers including GE, Osram Sylvania, Philips, Ushio to name a few.
